Global Parking Solutions Consulting, Inc., a Polivka International subsidiary, opened an office in Calgary, Alberta in 2013. This office allows the company to maintain a presence throughout Canada while ensuring our commitment to the rail industry and its users.

Tod Echler is Chief Engineer of Design and Construction, responsible for engineering design and construction, system bridges, intermodal terminals, public projects and engineering standards across the CSX system. Echler began his CSX career as a management trainee on the Chessie System in 1984 and quickly ascended to a project engineering role. His leadership responsibilities have steadily increased in positions that have included roadmaster; divisional and regional engineer; director of Six Sigma; and assistant chief engineer on several regional maintenance-of-way teams. Echler was promoted to his current position in 2014.
Mr. Swartz is currently the Director of AJC Logistics in Atlanta, GA. Mr. Swartz brings more than 23 years of ocean, rail, trucking, and logistics experience to the Polivka International board.
Mrs. Martinez is a global finance executive who leverages her experience to enhance company operations and profitability. In addition, she specializes in commercial and operational activities that leverage her financial expertise to drive cost containment while optimizing process and people efficiencies.
Mr. Letson is a practicing attorney who concentrates on Labor and Employment, Civil Litigation and Probate Law. Mr. Letson serves in several professional and civic organizations in his hometown of Warren, Ohio, where Polivka International started.
Mr. Boileau is currently self-employed at SLJ Rail Consulting. He provides rail engineering services to consultants and owners. Before this, he enjoyed a tenure of 36 years at BNSF Railway in the engineering department. There he served as the Assistant Vice President for the Construction group, as well as the Track Maintenance and Structures groups.
Robert Brega is a Director at U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. Robert’s career spans over thirteen years on Wall Street while working in credit risk management, credit research and credit trading. Furthermore, he has participated in the build-out and marketing of large technology initiatives that ranged from quantitative credit risk modeling to credit trading.
